Detoxifying your liver is essential for maintaining optimal health. The liver plays a crucial role in metabolizing nutrients, filtering toxins from the blood, and producing essential biochemicals for digestion. Firstly, understanding the liver’s role in detoxification is key. The liver converts toxic substances into less harmful ones, which are then excreted from the body through bile or urine. However, factors such as poor diet, alcohol consumption, and exposure to environmental toxins can inhibit its functions. Here’s a straightforward plan to help support your liver in just one week.

**Day 1: Hydrate Wisely**
